You could also get the MotorDyne Shockwave V2 as a full 3", or the TDX like mine that starts at 2 1/2" then tapers to 3". But it's loud.

I'm running APS TT kit with built block and have used the Greddy Evo TT with no problems.

Recently i modified it and now using a custom 3" midpipe and now I'm getting too much flow.

I was pushing 550WTQ

Now that I have more flow the wastegate springs I was using are too strong (Forge Actuators with Red Springs which are 18psi) and I'm going with Forge Yellow springs which are suppose to be 11-12psi

The biggest piping you can put on there paired with Dynomax VT mufflers will give you what you're looking for. It is quiet and drone free and pure performance at WOT. Too quiet for most people I suspect... I run a Motordyne TDX 3" with custom Dynomax VT axle back mufflers.

I'm using HKS and its a little loud for my taste at WOT, fine for normal driving though.

I'm considering a Dynomax VT for the drone free thing, do you have any recordings of yours?

Which kit did you get? New or Used? Since you asked, APS started using cheap chinees turbos on one of the kits I am not sure if it was the tuner or Extreme i think it is the tuner kit? instead of the good ball bearing turbos they used to use, so people have had a hard time making over 550whp with them. It is about $1,200/turbo to get ball bearing centre sections swapped in. Also APS has non-existant customer service so hopefully you dont have any issues

4 years ago they were one of the best systems available and I really considered them but the lack of customer service and the fact they are located in Australia made me stay away and now with the cheap turbos they are among the last systems I would put on my car.

if you haven't bought it yet i would look into which kit has the cheap turbos and avoid that kit even if you have paid I would change out and get the kit with the good turbos.

For your original question, how much power are you looking for? dual 2.5" will flow more than enough for up to 500whp and i made well over 600whp with a Stillen 2.5" dual but if your goal is over 500whp i would get a dual 3" if 400whp is your goal any dual exhaust will work fine.

Nothing yet - was going to wait to dyno it vs the v2 shockwave axle back units before I posted up. I've only had it a couple weeks and I have fallen in love with the car again. It's nice to hear the purr of the motor instead of the darned exhaust. $200 and probably a bit more for labor and you can just add it on to whatever exhaust you've got currently. Will be very quiet!
