G35 Greddy TT Project Questions

Good luck man excited for the results! The tuning all depends on how much extra cash you have laying around, with each tuning solution (Utec, osiris, haltech) there's the initial unit cost (haltech ALOT, Osiris $300 for the license and $350 for the aftermarket MAF for over 400whp, Utec free since you already have it) and then the additional tuning cost that you'll have to pay to the tuner no matter which one you choose, and if you choose to get a tune on one and then switch to another one at a later date you will have to start from scratch. So it makes more sense financially to spend a few extra bucks up front on the right tuning solution that you'll use for the life of your build, rather than trying to get it done as cheap as possible right now and then eating another tune ($600-1000?) later on when you decide to switch to a different EMS.
That being said if you do decide to go with Uprev PM me, I know a guy with a brand new MAF GT that you could probably get for a little cheaper than retail

You're pushing the limits of the UTEC at 500whp. Like I said it is susceptible to spark blowout at that boost level due to it's sh!11y output levels. It'll also eat your coil packs over time which are surprisingly expensive to replace. Last thing you need is to dial it back on the dyno due to issues, only to buy another EMS and retune everything from scratch. Do it right the first time.
And you don't need the $700 uprev tuner license unless you are doing all your own tuning. A pro-tuner (uprev certified) it's typically $300 for uprev license and $500-$700 for the actual tuning time. You'll pay almost double buying a tuner license then paying someone to tune it.

It is completely funcional (right now is on my car with a n/a set up) and comes with all the hardness and instructions. Gonna try the marketplace see what happens...
Thanks!
