I hit 10.5 in 3rd and almost 10lbs in 2nd but 1st gear only gets to around 6lbs.

probably because your not putting as much load in 1st then the other gears. thats my guess.

Stock gearing? If you have installed shorter gears, it might not have enough time to build enough boost.

supercharger is set boost per rpm (no matter what the load is) so the only want to not have the same boost for a given rpm is belt slip or a boost leak. Since a boost leak would happen in all gears it could be intermittent belt slip.

+1, belt slip, boost leak, and/or you're not revving as high in first and second gear.

Think its belt slip. Just had a new belt put on few weeks ago so im sure it needs to be tightened more.

I get peak boost in 3rd so I know its not a leak.

do you have any belt residue on your bracket (look just below the serpentine pulley) or on the bottom side of your hood?

I wiped my finger under the belt and around the charger and I had some black residue. Im assuming thats the belt dust, so I think its slipping.

Going to tighten it this weekend.

yep, that's belt dust.

depending how tight it is already I usually do a 1/4 turn in of the adjusting bolt, retest, then tighten again if needed.

also, make sure it's nice and warmed up before you start tightening it. If it's super tight when it's cold it will be way too tight when it's hot. That vortech pulley can get crazy hot when you are running the car hard.
