Thank you Booger! I'm back after a move to N. Virginia. The car is running fine, other than a overly rich tune/ 7psi max. The weather and altitude changes are pretty drastic. I've parked the car for the winter and got me a 97 Qx4 w/ 100+K miles. It's held up well over the years, black with tan interior, and the 3.3L powerhouse w/ 170hp. Auto 4WD is cool, and heated seats.
I'm debating what to do with my car now that I'm in a not so friendly climate. I one hand I want to preserve and reserve her, but the more logical side of me says it's not worth the extra $ to run two cars. I'm now thinking of stripping her of her glory and returning to stock. I have about everything except for OEM brakes. I'm also thinking of running an ad for her the way she sits. Any idea's for me, either way?
Thanks,
Glad to be back

Wow, you're local now but you aren't gonna drive her?
We could use some more boosted Gs in the DC area, especially if it's a sedan! =)
Honestly, we only get snow/ice here maybe 3-4 months out of the year so you could certainly run her 8-9 months of the year without a problem. Most people in this region with a performance car also have a cheap winter beater to get them through the winer months. Either they pick up something super cheap every winter and resell it in the spring or they buy something relatively affordable and hang onto it for a few winters.
ps - clear out your PMs you can't receive anymore right now. =P

You can drive that thing in the winter . I drive mine as long as the streets are dry in the winter . There isnt snow on the ground all winter long . Retune it for winter . And then again in the spring . Im going to have 3 maps made for mine
I would love to keep my car for the spring time, at lease to drive it on some of the great mountain roads. I'll check out the regional forum to see who's meeting in DC area. I was driving 1+ hour to go to local meets in Florida. Thanks for the encouraging words.

Good to hear from you again. Hey, when considering selling her the way she is, remember (unless it's dif there), you'll need to get it smogged when you sell it and so far it's not carb legal.
