Hi Guys, I've been road testing the APS Twin Turbo System on the G35 coupe over the last 2 weeks and I must say that the G35 is truely an awesome car, I wish this G35 was sold in OZ, I reckon it would be extremely popular.
The APS Intercooled Twin Turbo system has been installed on the G35 coupe and to my surprise only a small number of new components were required for the G35 twin turbo conversion............awesome.
The initial dyno and road testing has been conducted with a little over 400 WHP and the G35 is just so smooth and powerful, it's really a joy to drive.
I'd love to have Gurgen fly down to Oz and road test the APS G35 intercooled twin turbo (Gurgen jump on a plane mate and get down to Oz as I need a co-driver for additional road testing)
as I'm sure he's very experienced with the power delivery of twin turbos on his own G35.
I'm positive Gurgen would be very impressed with the way the APS twin turbos puts down the power down on the road, I'm that impressed I spent last night thinking what would be the easiest method for a right drive coinversion for the G35 coupe, I just love this car.
I hope to get some pics and a good deal of info up on the APS web site within the next 24 to 48 hours, In the interim period if you guys have any questions ask away and I will answer what questions I can.

Yeah Gurgen go down under and drive that APS TT for us. Hey Peter, you stated " only a small number of new components were required for the G35 twin turbo conversion ", do mean that from the Z350 version APS TT. Please elaborate. .......... Thanks

The APS Intercooled Twin Turbo system fits like a glove on the G35 coupe, I can't belive how lucky APS is. I thought the G35 would need significantly more engineering of new parts to suit the G35, even the 350Z plug in ECU harness is identical to the G35, how good is that?
I'm absolutely thrilled with the neatness of the twin turbo install and the performance is just awesome, I'm feel like a 5 year old kid at Christmas, you know that feeling when you see that gleaming brand new bike you've always wanted.

Damn now APS is back on my list. Well you've pretty much got me sold. Now if I can just find an authorized APS dealer and qualified installer in San Diego, it would help. So early June is release date for G35? Good thing you dont sell Hyundia cars, you might persuade me to buy it. ....... Kidding.

If guys installing the APS Twin Turbo system live in extreme environmental regions (very high ambient temperatures) then APS recommends the fitment of a new front bumper with a larger frontal opening for additional air supply.

APS will test the Intercooled Twin Turbo system with a larger more open front bumper over the coming days.

So no modification had to be done to the front bumper assembly? How high ambient temp you think would require a new bumper? I live in the midwest and it rarely gets into the 90s.

Regarding my KenStyle Bumper, Im certain it will work fine with the APS FMIC. Also have a vented CF hood which should help somewhat. I'v seen a member fit the Greddy FMIC in a stock bumper, so theres probably a way to also fit the APS FMIC.

The APS intercooler fits up the same on the G35 as it does on the 350Z, a really neat fit without any problems, how lucky was this?
I'd guess that the front end sheetmetal in the G35 must be nearly identical as the Z car.

What is the chance of getting this CARB approved, since I will eventually be back in California, and many states are also adopting CARB rules?
Second, whats the chance of a warranty, similiar to the Stillen warranty?

The APS Twin Turbo system retains the stock Nissan cats in the stock position so I'm very confident that APS will pass the CARB engine emission test with the APS Twin Turbo system. "
Dont think anyone can match Stillens optional " engine warranty " though.
