Procharger and Injen intake?

Procharger and Injen intake?
This may be a stupid question, but would the Procharger work with the Injen CAI or does it have a different one included in the kit?

Precisley why I won't be buying an aftermarket intake until I have resolved certain issues that all me to decide what type of FI I'd like to get.

Yes, the Procharger comes with a cold-air intake. If you look at the pictures of it on the tes car, you can see the filter in front behind the grill. Check out this pick from the 350Z forums, you can see the filter below the hood latch:
