A great tuning place in southern california is Churches Automotive. The guy there really knows what he is doing and very reputable. I have the vortech on my sedan, that Churches tuned very well and safe at 10psi. My car took about 6-7 pulls on the dyno before we had the perfect tune. During the install I had many problems with the fuel system and intercooler piping trying to clear the fan.

He saidhe'd keep working on it but that he was going out of town again and would back tomorrow, the 15th and start tuning it in the afternoon.
Check your fuel pressure (put a FP guage on it if necessary) and make sure your air intake has no leaks, chances are you are not getting enough of one or the other.

I am sorry that you have had such a bad experience with ATI, I have one and have had no problems. I will admit that I have not been to fond of their Tech. Department but other than that, everything ok.

Like Draco, I have had no real problems with the unit. Two years, more than a dozen track days, 23,000 miles. I did strip a couple of belts when the pulleys wore down their teeth....and ATI replaced the full set of drive pulleys and sent a new belt....free. You really have to give them applause for that, and recognize the parts alone there were about $300.

I am now in the midst of a conversion to the new Jim Wolf prototype twin turbo, and doing a lot of other stuff to the car as well. I think I will put up a link in case you want to follow that thread over on FA.

I would definately check the fuel pump first. That was a brand new, never used, Walbro 255 and had never been installed. I have been told that Walbros are hit or miss off the shelve.

I wasn't aware that procharger included any fuel system stuff at all, since the Procharger doesn't address more fuel or timing.

Also, at what point did the car become undrivable? It sounds like after the initial procharger, fuel pump, and injector install the car drove, but wouldn't start after the EU install. Is this correct? If it is, it will definately help find your problem, as it will eliminate the fuel pump and injectors as a likely source of the problem. Let me know if there is anything I can do to help you out.
