Vortech Problem?
Sorry for going off subject a little but does anyone know if the wires coming off the ECU are all the same color as I just looked at mine and they are all white. The dealership said that he could not tell which one is which but I was like I never touched them??
Actually Scott is right. I'm going to venture that any force that's strong enough to fling oil off the gauze is also stong enough to damage the guaze
I'm not quite understanding the "with no problems at all" statement. What problems would you expect? Damaging the guaze won't make your car blow up the next day. Hell, you could run with no filter at all and you wouldn't "feel " anything for thousand of miles. But it will affect the filter's ability to keep dust/dirt etc.. out of the engine. Something really only measurable by a Blackstone Labs oil analysis of silicone content before/after.
You won't be able to notice any short term differences. But if you did indeed damage the filter, you could potentially greatly shorten your engine's life buy using a damaged filter.

I dont stcik the nozzle right up close to it . So no damage has been done . I look at it pretty good and Ive never noticed ant seperation of the gauze .
So..ok...ok..ok...I was wrong in saying what I did .
Im wrong ....you are right .

What you need to do .........is stick that nozzle up your **** and see if it will blow some of the SH*T out of you. Run for the hills ........when that load of BS comes out of him it could destroy a small town.
