I'm not into mods that do nothing to increase performance. Anything else is rice by definition...sorry. I didn't create the definition of the term, I just acknowledge it.

totally go for the mt fuji symbol with skyline 350gt badged under/next to it...
(sarcasm is being laid on very heavily)

if anything de-badge..but dont REbadge. mt. fuji with just inifiniti and no G35 makes the rear look clean and balanced.

if you want to rebadge and mix company names/products just buy four silver stick on letters..

Forinstance if you see a G35 drive by and it has a Skyline on the back youd be like oh thats cool. Your not going to be like..OMG!!! how in the hell can he do that to his car now its totally ruined.

If your in Japan and its Nissan and you change the Skyline to INFINITI then that is just stupid because your changing the vehicle MODEL name to a US Brand Name. If your in the US your changing your Brand Name emblem (which doesnt matter cuz you still got good ol Fuji) to the vehicles Model Name(JDM) but your still keeping the infiniti logo..IMO makes more sense.
But in the end its all preference right? lol.. i have the emblems in my house and im probably not going to end up putting them on
When I see a rebadged G the thought that comes to mind is always "Ohh...that must be some young punk kid or some poser." Why don't the IS and Z owners rebadge their cars to Altezza and Fairlady. hmmm...But, having said all that, if the reasoning behind debadging is because you actually like the look, then I really don't have any problems with it. I have a problem with those who care too much about how their car looks to others and wanting to stand out from the crowd.

I chose to return my car to its rightful name. Nissan V35 Skyline. That's what it says under my hood on the manufacturer tag so that's what I'm going with.

The name isn't the V35 skyline. V35 is just the model of skyline. The name is Skyline 350gt

I know was referring to "Skyline" as the name and V35 as the model, I guess I should've added a dash there.

I did it this weekend. I changed the rear to complete nissan badging.

nissan, skyline, 350gt

on the front I put the Nissan emblem on my CF Galla Grill.

I got **** from the family and friends at the easter get together. they were all like, you drive an infiniti not a Nissan, and the ever so clever, you paid the extra 10k to buy a infiniti just to call it a nissan, why didn't you just by a nissan in the first place.

I just laughed and said that they just don't understand and probably never would... they I also said, I didn't buy the car to be like, "oh I drive an infiniti, I'm baller status now"

When I bought my car, the guy that owned it before had put the SKYLINE 350GT badging on it. At first I wasn't crazy about it but figured it wasn't that big a deal. When I started to look at it more closely, I notice that it was crooked.

While I didn't mind the badging, I couldn't tolerate crooked and I took the SKYLINE and 350GT off and left Mt Fuji. It looks nice and clean now. Suffice to say I wouldn't have done it in the first place.
