I want a G35, but Coupe or Sedan

Ive got an 04 explorer now, im about to start driving alot, and im looking for something that gets a little better gas mileage

but i dont want to spend 24-25k on a car, max of about 20k probably, less would be even better, everywhere ive looked on cars.com and autotrader
i would rather have a coupe, because they look better to me, but all the ones i find are good bit more expensive than the sedans and there arnt that many of them in 1st place, and i want auto because i dont feel like doing manual everyday

so question, can you get all kinds of exhaust for the sedan like the coupe?

how much faster would the coupe be if each one had intake and exhaust upgrade?

how much did some of you guys pay for 03-04 G35s?

your looking at 03s with mid range miles for 20k.
i payed 24 for my 04 with ~30k miles, premium package, and areo package (or w.e you want to call it... lip and spoiler)
and if you want good gas miles... id look elsewhere imo... i get like 16-17

edit: im talknig coupes btw!

plz search next time. there's many topics that u are looking for.

since money and gas is an issue, i wouldn't recommend getting the G.
if i could get at least 18mpg, i would be so happy!

try looking into toyota prius. cheap, reliable, excellent on gas!!

Hey, where in Bama are you? I assume you are still here given the sign in name. There is a ton of info in searches for most things. Check out the Tech section about the exhausts. Also, if you are looking for a used car, I have someone who is awesome for finding cars if you are in the SE. Send me a PM and I'll give you his number if you are interested.

The G35 is expensive to mod as is most other luxury cars ie BMW, Audi, Lexus etc...There are a ton of more mods for the coupe.
You should get a coupe or sedan based on your need for back seat and trunk space. They have the same engine and similar weight so they will be equally fast. You're goin to have a hard time gettin a car under 20k and you'll get about 18 mpg.

Wow, you guys get horrid gas mileage. We flog the hell out of sedans and still get an average of 20mpg combined city/highway.

not really, have subs and box in the back, it was for competing

2 batts in the back + amps and 300lb-350lb box and subs

so should be a good bit better

if 20k is all you have, i doubt youll find a coupe for that price.
