so here is the story my front bumper needs to be painted i cant get around looking at it anymore so i was at the stop today and thought to my self i dont realy like any aftermarket front ends for my car i should shave the sidemarkers and was going to see what everone else thought about it??
So
#1 is shave the stock sides
#2 is paint the sides the stock color
#3 is just leave them and tint them

paint them first, see if you like it, then you can always shave it.

 

if "I" paint them that means the shop is going to paint and clear them

 

Just leave them alone... tint if you must.

Shaving seems like it would take more time/money than it's worth.

 

but do you think they would look good shaved? the time would be the body shops and the money is not a big thing as long as it is not going to look weird that is why i am trying to see what other people think about the ideal

i think they look really good shaved as well... i have mine tinted but i will prob be shaving em when i cant look at my bumper anymore either.
