it was a scam.. craigslist sucks. i had my ktm for sale on there and a guy sent me a fraud check. now my bank seized my accounts and the money was stolen and it looked like i stole it!! this guy never gave me a name or anything. so now i have to prove it was not me who issed the check so i dont get locked up for 20 years for fraud. thank god i saved his emails!

 

yeah that's why when buying from craigslist always deal local and in cash only.I remember I was selling a fender roller on craigslist and a women or somebody with a women's email,email me saying she wants to buy it she will send me a cashier's check and needed my addresse saying that as soon as I cash the check to let her know and she will send her mover to pick-up the fender roller.so I ask her if she was local because I would like to deal with people located local only as stated on the craigslist because of scam,told her we can meet up anywhere and I will show her the fender roller so that she will know what she will be getting,well she never responded back..she even reassure me that to take my posting down because she has bought the item from memeet local +cash=no scam

 

hey what was that persons email.. was it lady opel?? this lady opel person did the same thing to me saying that when i get the check to cash it then give the extra money to the mover. well the check i got stolen from a cancer found.. and now im fu*ked. but i printed my wmails and gave then to the police and there looking for him. the fbi even got involved. but now i owe my back 5k. its funny how it worked out because there was a new girl at the bank and she tought the check cashed and with drew me 13k. i went and bought my g35 (friday). then i get a call from the back that i need to return the money. low end behold i got the car the bank and fbi seized my accounts and some dirst mother fu*ker is gunna die!! now i cant even register my g cuzz my account is locked up!!!!!

no it was rachel at something.com can't really remember.after I email her about meeting up and wanting cash or if she has a check we will go to her bank and she can just withdraw me the cash she never respond back,so I know it's a scam..but sorry to hear about your situation.that's why when you cash the check always wait for it to clear first before sending anything out or spending any money..

 

i still got my bike i never sent it lol,, but i got my g now to!!!! i love the damn thing so much! i just need to come up with 3k to pay off the bank the 700 for taxed for the g then i can register it lol.. at least i have it though!! and i played the guy into giving me his adress and now the fbi is on there way.. haa bet he wont scam me again!! i was gunna take it personal and go down there and take him an inch close to death but i figured him going to jail and my back is sueing him so im happy!
