The Essence is a concept car unveiled by Infiniti at the Geneva Auto Show. It is a two seat coupe that is powered by a powerful combination: a 3.7 liter twin turbo V6 and a electric motor powered by a lithium ion battery pack. Combined, the car is capable of putting 600 horsepower to the rear wheels!

^ yea it really has grown on me. The speedometer gauges are so sick, and that one pic of the rear (4th picture down 1st column) just brings out its "presence", I mean imagine driving behind that thing

 

Looks sick, but Hybrid cars are a fad. They are horrible polluters. How you say? The batteries are not recyclable and they contain hundreds of pounds of toxic heavy metals. They are NOT green to produce, the countries that produce the chemicals and metals for the batteries are polluting their country sides so WE can have clean running cars and a few individuals can feel like they are "helping the environment".

They will be gone in not so many years.
