It seems that officerdbag really doesn't like his G35 and feels it necessary to take his frustrations out on this forum whenever possible. The G35 is one of the most reliable V6 sedans out there. Does it have problems? Of course, every car does, but the G has far fewer than just about anything other than a Honda or Toyota. You may have had problems, but that doesn't mean all G's are unreliable, it just means yours is. Why don't you just get rid of it if you hate it so much? At least then we wouldn't have to hear you complain about it all the time.

This works out to be an EXTREMELY small percentage of G series owners.

Are you guys dumb, or just delusional?

Fewer problems than any Honda or Toyota.. Oh my god.

Hmm i'll just name the things that come off the top of my head

Oil consumption.
Door lock actuators failing.
Window motors failing.
Rear axle click.
Horrible VLSD that turns into an open diff.
Seat belt retracting issues.
Extensive creaks and rattles.
Horrible speakers that crackle and pop.
Soft paint.
Syncros going out, grinding gears.
Bose head unit that fails and keeps your CD's for life.
Very noisy manual transmission.
Gas tank problems.
Loud annoying squeaky brakes.
Inner tire feathering.

Those are just the quick very very common issues with this car. No way in hell on par with the reliability of a Toyota or Honda.

Let's see... problems with my almost 4 year old daily driven G35 coupe....

None.

and looks way better than any Hyundai Genesis Coupe, in my opinion.

The G35 has nicer lines, curves, overall design that pretty much has stayed the same from 2003-2008. Simple strokes in creating the silhouette of the hood, pillars, & rear. Nice volumes all the way around, clean looking shoulder line. Great proportions in the body as well as the head and taillights. The G35 looks good in any angle from low, high, or even in 1 point perspective view from the top front of the car.

Nothing overdone like the front grille, funky headlights, fogs, and wierd shape of the passenger rear window between the b & c pillars of the Hyundai.... and ugly front bumper grill.

Again, just my opinion.

Maybe your 03 has had issues but my 05 has not. Every car will have it's problem's and i mean every car no matter if it cost 6,000 or 150,000

I like it

I think it's a nice car

I would not mind owning both (G and Genesis Coupe)
But if I had to choose between the two.........I would deff go with G35....much nicer car IMO

when g35s were made there was no genesis.
so compare it to the same years. g37 vs gsis.
and G sis gets eaten up.

g35 vs triburon is more alike lol and we know the answer to that.

ummm. no. the g37 doesn't get "eaten up" in any category by either 2.0 turbo or 3.8 gen coupe except for maybe "bang for the buck".

edit: nevermind, it took me three readings of your convoluted post to figure out what you were talking about.
