At the Santa Fe Springs night swap meet saw a place there ( Friday nights ) that sells replacement keys and NIssan/ Infiniti key fobs and keys .. $35 for fobs and like $80 for keys

You can always try vinyl wrapping your key fob or buying one of those silicone covers.

q60 coupe

My wife's q60 2016 inteli fob starts failing at 2.85VDC. I put a cr2032 that measured 3.0 volts and it's working fine again.
