Since I bought my car in April 2008 I can count on 1 hand how many times I have gotten less than 19mpg. Anyone getting in the mid teens must be putting kerosene in their cars or something. The only time I get less than 19 is in the middle of winter when I have my car idling to warm up as I clean it off.

I just got 24mpg on my last tank. And contrary to what people think, I have found that my car gets worse mileage on the highway. I get the best mileage on back roads driving where I can leave it in 5th or 6th and use momentum to keep the mileage reasonable. I was getting 28-29mpg on a few 30-40 minute trips recently, according to my ScanGauge II (which is calibrated every time I fill up, and last tank was within .2mpg of actual calculated mileage). On straight highway cruising, the best I got was just under 26mpg.

I find that hard to believe. My conservative driving in the city gets me 15mpg. Some people here are claiming they get better gas mileage than a Civic... Right....

Granted I do a ton of quick trips/stop go driving but i have never had this bad of mileage. Did a 90 mi trip today and I could just see the fuel needle drop.

Replaced the air filter, did a seafoam treatment, full tires, ECU reset, just had an oil change. Took it to the dealership 2x to run diagnostics. It is actually running lean. Could not find any issues with the fuel system or tank. What the hell is wrong with my car?

Did you ever find out what it was? Have you put it up on jackstands to check for dragging brakes? I know you drive an auto, but when I changed my manual transmission oil to straight Redline MT-90 and rear diff to Royal Purple (awful) 75W-90 my mpg went from normal 19.5 avg down to ~16mpg. As soon as I changed to oem Nissan MTF and Castrol Hypoid 75W-90 in the rear diff it went back to ~19.5-20mpg and remains stable since 1.5 years ago. So you might want to change driveline fluids to oem Nissan genuine ATF and at least Castrol hypoid rear diff fluid if you don't know the previous fill.

I am in the same boat.

I get around 170 to 200 at 1/4th tank left. I usually fill the car up when I am at quarter tank. i did say I do about 60city/40hwy. I bought this car 2004 G35x last year and always gotten around the same amount of mileage always thought there was something wrong with it but I am not sure. Whenever I go on long drives like to Jersey from NY my mileage seems to be pretty great. Haven't measured too accurately though. I am gonna keep a close eye on it for the next few days and see how it goes.
After how many miles are the spark plugs need to be changed usually ? I am at 79k miles.
And this seafoam thing can I just put it in the tank or there is some special way it has to be done ?
