i replaced my spark plugs like 3months ago with the recommended platinum tipped ones. new air filter and BG air intake cleanse with gas treatment. o2 sensors appear to read correctly according to computer. its been a never ending struggle

im getting similar mpg, but mine is throwing the code p0171, running lean.. ive cleaned the maf, throttle body, and changed the o2 sensors and its still getting about 16mpg and the code is still there..

I wonder if the OP has a frozen caliper that's dragging? If the engine is 100% you have to start looking elsewhere.

Should be easy to tell which one if this is the case, just check temps right to left on the same axle.

This was on 93 octane doing 80 mph through the mountains. I also got caught in a 45 min traffic jam in DC

as for city... I typically get anywhere from 19-20

If you just fill up everytime it's at half it's not so bad and don't watch the mpg. Just enjoy.

looks like the G's mpg is all over the board. i see a lot of people getting outstanding mpg, and then you have some like mine that everything seems to check out fine yet im only getting 11mpg

I see alot of people here complaining about bad gas mileage and it seems all of these are looking at their navi monitors....I remember when I did that with a BMW on light pedal it would always show 40+ miles per gal. yet in actualality the car would be good for 33.2....now my G35 6MT has now TWICE over 300 miles trips measuring actual fuel going into the tank getting 27.2 and this is correct, however it sucks driving around town.
