BTW, ignorant means "without knowledge", and the only ignorant people in this thread are the one's who've assumed they knew anything about the seller's actions and motives, which includes you and all your little sycophant buddies.

You can't prove by any standards that the problem wasn't caused by shipping or the OP, so there is nothing TO DO. The OP had an unlucky experience but he also didn't do all of the proper preparations, I'm sorry he had problems with his part but it can't be proven who is to blame. Can't expect someone to refund him when there is great reason for doubt that it was the sellers fault.
