Supplemental Air Bag

Hi guys today I notice my supplemental air bag warning light blinking as I was driving. Do anyone know if there is a fix for this or would I have to go the stealer I mean dealer. I just hate taking my car to the dealers if anyone ever experience same problem can you please tell me how you got it fixed. Thanks!

You can reset it for now. If it comes on again, then you probably need to have the sensor checked.

Turn the ignition cylinder to ON

You should see the air bag light come on for a few seconds. When the warning light blinks off and before it blinks on again, turn the ignition cylinder back to LOCK.

Wait a couple seconds and repeat the above procedure. Do it four times total.

Then start the car normally. The warning light should no longer blink.
