When I used to drive a stick.. I used this method.. it works with no problem only thing is being quick with ya feet and hand. Once u are on the hill take the car out of gear. Once u are ready to move froward use the above method

When I was learning how to drive stick I'd start depressing the clutch, and kept part of my foot on the brake as I'd pivot part of it to the throttle. It was an awkward motion but it's what I did cause I learned how in a mustang with a body kit I was crazy paranoid about douching it lol.

The other thing that makes it a PITA is the throttle by wire.
It's lazy & inaccurate on tip in.
It also has terrible latency which makes H&T a PITA to rev match.

If you let out just enough to where it starts to grab... You should feel it. If you let off the brake, the car should not move backwards, if it does, not much and you can just take off normally.

Edit:
I'm doing Okay rev-matching. Not the best, but its better than nothing... I drove a, 07 sedan one and it felt like the gas pedal was wayyyyy to sensitive than my 04.

Whenever I feel like pushing my car, then upshift, a nice decent sized puff of black smoke comes out my exhaust, accompanied by a loud BANG! This usually keeps people far behind me, and when they see me stop at the next intersection, they tend to play it safe and keep a good distance from me.
