Please help me decide if the IPL is for me.
that car isnt worth an extra penny over a regular G37. for the extra 10k you get 18 hp, u get ugly wheels and a bad body kit. if your looking for a second car find a nice used m3 or a porsche, or go for the g37 with a sport package.
my personal thoughts since I drove both the IPL 6MT and the IPL 7AT....
great start with having exclusive wheels if you plan on keeping them stock. body kit flows fine in person (I'm not a huge fan compared with the OEM 2011 sport front but thats preference)
suspension you feel the stiffer spring rate vs the OEM Sport suspension
performance is very close -- so close i can't tell
the throatier exhaust is only noticeable out side of the car, inside it sounds the same.
a 2011 brand new 6mt coupe now has nav standard goes for MSRP $43275. OEM Aero kit is $4k = $47k....
a new IPL 6MT coupe is $49k
it's all again up to preference. the interior stitching of red is nice. but you're getting an exclusive car.
The IPL was created for the buyer who plans on keeping it stock and not modding it. That was it's goal, that is why they are selling fine.
