kinetix v+ plenum questions

is the kinetix v+ plenum (upper plenum) a good mod for the $? i've read a little about it but didn't really find my answers while searching. i guess they made a previous version that had a few problems. is the v+ the newer, problems solved version? does it really produce 10-14hp? also, can you use the motordyne 5/16" plenum spacer with it? lastly, do you still need spacers for the engine cover to fit properly? i've got an 05 auto with stillen intake and ichiba Y pipe and the motordyne 5/16" plenum spacer on the way. just wondering if this kinetix plenum is the one for me. being auto kinda sucks but, i still wanna add some reliable power to my G.

I would advise you to just go with a MD spacer. It makes more power than the Kinetix IIRC and costs much less.

trans go shift kit? haven't heard of that mod. been thinking of swapping differentials from a Z for the 3.5 gear. i know where a few are and they're fairly cheap and looks like i could install it myself. going to do more research and see what i wanna do as far as tranny goes. wanna figure out which z came with a lsd and see if that differential is a direct swap.
