got screwed over by seller VxLyf3 on g35driver

You're spending over 2k....you really should at least told the buyer to meet the next day or day of "convenience"(at daytime) to inspect the wheel. If i spend that kind of money you bet your *** ima use a magnifying glass to pick out any imperfections the buyer didn't mention. You should've made a contract with the buyer stating the terms. Of course a contract is a little overboard but nonetheless it can solve any issues you guys may have. Just for a future reference should you have to make another relatively expensive transaction again. Hope everything works out for you

Mike as a buyer once pissed me off a bit. I had sold him some brand newly painted sides for cheap because he tried to lowball and I hooked him up with a fair price. In about a week and a half he decides to sell them for twice the price. That to me was a bit shady. I don't think I will deal with him though as a buyer myself..IMO but glad the op in this case is happy but to be honest it's like trading 2-600 in tires to get 200 is that really fair to you op?

Sounds like this guy needs to read the book of unwritten rules of forum marketplace etiquette. Not to jump on the "bash the seller train" but "all aboard!"
The guy sounds like garbage to me and exactly the kind of douche I want to avoid in my transactions. I am happy the buyer has brought this issue to light despite the fact that watching him get screwed again has made me feel like an accessory to rape.

for me right now, i'm just glad the seller and i were able to shake hands and both be happier with the outcome. yeah the tires were new and could probably sell for more than $200, but i offered it back for only $200. after all was said and done, the seller agreed to help me out with repairs and buy back tires. in this case, mike earned his rep back in my books, all is fair and square with me and him. after all this, i can't imagine another deal going sour for either of us two. everyone in the forum is like a family to some extent so i express my gratitude to everyone that chipped in a post, good and bad.
