so whats the deal guys?? my friend who drives a civic si "8th gen" says he can whoop me bad lol? his car is modified. exhaust for sure, intake for sure but other wise i dont what else. he says he only has i/h/e and his vtec is tuned aggressively. im not sure that happens but im certain my 3 and a half liters can stomp on his tiny little coke can displacement engine. what do you guys think?

were not street racing man, theres a quater mile track an hour north of us. but they dont open till next months first saturday so yeah but he keeps talking ****!!! haha i mean i am almost 90% positive ill roast him. cmon even with i/h/e and tuned vtec theres no way a i4 can beat a 3.5v6 right???

 

unless his civic is making 240+ at the wheels hes got no chance.... remember, our Gs make around 220hp to 240 to the wheels + drive train loss. Civics are lighter, very little drive train loss so they can be fast. I REALLY doubt hes even got 210 at the wheels though...

But tell u what if you race from a dig ull smoke him LOL. By the time ur into 2nd he'll still be spinning tires..

Reminds me of a time when a RX8 tried to race me. Dude was trying pretty hard and I wasnt even flooring it. PLUS I was even shifting at 5K LOL. Lets just say hes not gonna be racing any more G35s soon...
