Yeah, I gave it to him.. I got a new one unmodified, gonna cut the metal on the car this time..

 

yeah im not sure how to approach it polishing it by hand....

 

You can use a metal brush on a power drill to smooth it out

 

I am thinking about getting a new one & sending it to Sean and have him polish it. He did a great job on the plenum

SLICK got a bath this morning, Volks polished and Michelin's dressed. Looking forward to next week, picking up my duckbill trunklid. The following week she'll be in the shop having her KurumaZ front bumper repainted and the trunklid painted/installed. A new and different look for SLICK getting rid of the wash board trunklid...Gary

 

New 350z springs came in today, box under it are tokico blues.. Waiting on new dust boots to come in so I can install and get rid of the coilovers..

 

finally found the oem socket, and wire harness to replace the crappy broken ebay ones i bought a few years back for my blinkers. also added the jdm sidemarkers, and a set of blue led bulb's, very bright! also removed the motordyne sticker on the rear window and added a red injen sticker instead.
