Yeah, I was testing different speeds today to see how it effected MPG. Staying below 70 or at 70 got like 3 more MPG on my recent long trips. Not worth a ticket after all... I feel for you having to drive those states.
Just put in Tein Comfort Sport coilovers+Hotchkis sway bars 2 weeks ago, and just finished it off yesterday by installing EDFC active.. Now I just gotta figure out how to use the damn thing, lol.
So the 350Z kid down the road has another teenage friend with a 2004 G35 6MT and word got around about me having the tool for the diff bushing removal, went over to help him and the nut stripped out when doing the second die to pull out the aluminum sleeve... FML...
At least he had a battery sawzall, it's easy to just cut out a notch and drive it out with a screwdriver.
It wasn't MY G but it was still a G so it should count for this thread :P
It's whatever bolt came with the ARP draw stud, not exactly sure but I'll ask when I call Z1 for a replacement, they are listed as wearable components and it's been used to pull 2 diff bushings already. They might have been single use items I'm not sure.
Oil change and filter, trying to stick to the 3k mark. Was 30 miles over this time. Also made and installed a catch can cause she loves to drink oil (ik plug 6 leaks so I need new valve covers but it should still help).

Thanks for the DIY.

Yeah stop tech was supposed to be more aggressive and I want aggressive, with fade resistance. Not a drop of dust with the Akebono but it doesn't stop well.

Akebono street performance. Haven't tried pro act yet. Could be good, but trust Lost's anecdote.
Project Mu TypeNS (NS400) are the absolutely best compromise between performance, dust and noise than any brake pad I have ever used. They are huge in the IS F world, with the 400s being top choice for daily drivers and the NS800s for track use. They are expensive, but worth every penny in my opinion as they stop great, make no noise and have quite low dust. These will be my next pads for the G if my crappy Hawk HPS ever wear out, which honestly I don’t think they will - these things seem to last forever!
Replaced two fuel injectors, cleaned negative battery cable and got a new screw/nut for it, detailed the trunk, found an exhaust leak, conditioned the leather, and Drove with a Smile on my face!

Lucky car! Now fix the exhaust leak haha. I have to fix my stupid trunk cables again. It's driving me nuts.

I was able to get improper fit returns from amazon for $30 an axle. So when project my can come within $100 each axle I may consider it. It's just the G isn't a fancy track car, or worth enough to me to be putting those kind of dollars in to.
