I'll go back and check your post later this afternoon as I have to run out now. But you may have missed that I had everything ported, I didn't make a huge mention of it because most people here don't seem to know what that means anymore, lol. Also it's the Velocity and not the SSV but I don't know if that affects any of your math. Either way, with the port work the outlet of the TB is now right at 75mm, the inlet is now up to approximately 78mm, and the adapter, thermal gasket, and Velocity inlet have all been port matched as well to remove the narrowing that was there previously. They flow right from 75 out at the opening of the flange down to the 70ish mm in the neck during the bend. But I can't really do much about that so I'll just hope it's helping air speed rather than hurting volume.

The other reason to keep the adapter there is for the thermal gasket behind it. I'm doing everything I can (to include later coating/wrapping that nice stainless tube) to keep heat down. Under the velocity is a hondata thermal gasket (also port matched) and under the lower runners are the two NWP phenolic gaskets.

Finally got my fast intentions exhaust from Tony yesterday. Threw it on this morning and I can not describe how good this exhaust sounds. I definitely won't be listening to my radio anymore
