I understand what you are getting at, but such a list would require a ton of time and research and hope that it's accurate if based off member input.
But yes, it's nice to know that NTN makes the OEM wheel bearings, but Timkin is the US distributor so you can buy from Timkin at 50% what the dealer would charge for the same bearing in Nissan packaging

I'd like to know not only to save money, but to compare performance. If company X makes my alternator, I can see what better products that company makes incase I want to upgrade it when it fails.
Who makes our catalytic convertors? Mufflers? Brake system? Just anything.
I know that OEM changes. If your 2007 alternator fails, they may not replace it with the same one you had, but a new one made by a new company that's now the current OEM replacement product.
And you have no idea if it's worse, better, same, etc.

The downside to this is there is no garantee the specs are the same between an OEM product and the same part made by the same company sold under their own name.
I do not know of any examples with the G35, but i do know of some with other cars where the specs are tighter for OEM stuff vs their own branding. OEM manufacturers are VERY tough on specs and reject alot of components. Such components that fail the OEM's specs, might appear packaged under the manufacturers own name because the part meets their specifications, even though it failed the OEM's.
Sometimes it's a reason like small visual blemishes on the external housing of a sensor, other times it could be performance issues
