This is a Win Thread. I finally found a thread I belong to.
When I bought my G in 2004 and had to wait 2 weeks for it since there was a waiting list and joined the G35 Forum, everyone was almost in the ballpark age as I was. As years went by and the G became more cheaper and affordable to own, I felt like a Dinosaur in Toy's R Us Forum....Forum went from a moreTechnical Threads to a who know's what you can call it nowadays..... LoL

Old azz is old azz.

With age, though, comes a certain perspective that allows you to relax about most stuff that used to get your blood up. And what's more, youthful exuberance can almost always be overcome with age and treachery...

I may be the oldest member on DRIVER but I'm not slowing down. I have a 90 lb Golden Retriever that I walk 3 miles a day, 5 days a week rain or shine. Have a basketball court close and shoot hoops 3 days a week. Play golf once a week, have a registered 10 handicap and practice frequently. And I'm a Dodger season ticket holder, second level above home plate. Do all my own yard work, refuse to hire an illegal mow/blow dude! And still have time to keep SLICK in better shape than when I brought her home. Surprised I time to post here on DRIVER.

Believe it or not but I'm allowed to post in this thread too..

I bought my G new in '05 after my previous G was totaled. (That's another story)..

This form was ALOT different back then..

I've been slowly modding throughout all these years, but have recently stepped it up...

Not slowing down anytime soon.. Well actually I drive a lot slower than I ever did with any car I have ever owned..

So the modding continues.

Alf

The "kids",on this forum, probably would say that 40 is about the cut-off for "Old Guys"!

I remember when I was their age and thinking that the "old guys", in their 40s, were ancient!

Lol

One never stops Modd'n. That's why I elect to build an older JDM car that matches my age at this point moving forward.
