2004 g35 coupe rough and needs some love and some help
Looking for guidance for my g35 coupe

So I’m new to the this whole forum thing and the infinity family so, I have a 2004 g35 coupe with a 120k miles. Let’s just say the car owner before me was what we would call a “ricer” and some mods he did were not done properly and cost affective.
The car is running rough. Like it runs way to rich it backfires and pops way to offend its not a good loud, its straight piped with no cats or resonators or mufflers. The air flow senors by the exhaust manifold are cut and missing. The car has a cheap cold air intake and the previous owner mentioned something about the car being “tuned” with a performance chip which I found no evidence off so. At this point idk what to do, I recently had the whole exhaust removed and replaced with a stock g35 exhaust and she’s still runs rough I have yet to rewire the air flow senors and I put on a proper cold air intake, If I fix the air flow senors would the car be running like stock again? Or would I have to get a new computer or re-flashed for the car timing to run correctly? The motor is fine I did a fresh oil change new valve cover gasket new spark plugs and proper Throttlebody cleaning. Sorry for the long story just looking for answers. Thanks
