On driving VDC off Slip light & check engine light, car loss accelaration

Hi guys,
Could you please anyone help me to idenify this issue, " On driving VDC off Slip light & check engine light, car loss accelaration" if i restart the car then my car runs normal with no lights, but i checked my car with OBD2 Enitrely while its normal, there was no code,
Throttle body cleaned twice, all sensor scanned and its okay, Please help me to rectify this issue, I am getting mad on this, could be big relieve if i solved then,

It's likely your OBD2 scanner doesn't read the code that's being thrown. These cars use ISO protocol 9141-2, and the code could be either a P, B, or C code. Most readers only handle P codes.
I suggest going to a local auto parts house to have them scan the car, they usually have readers that handle all protocols and all PBC codes, and they will typically scan for free because they're trying to sell you parts.
If your check engine light is on then there IS a code.

I done the OBD2 with those garage guys, its showing something diff and once they troubleshoot then the code got cleared and gone, the code P0174 Fuel Sys lean B2 (Bank 2), i donno feel like helpless in this case,
i replaced Oxigen sensor, washed exhaust whole system changed intakes as i wished too with K&N, MAF cleaned, run all check with all sensors, Everything is fine he said,
shitty guys from some garages they made me to spend useless and irrelevant to this issues, literally some people they donno how to check my car, **** am helpless bro, and fed up.
