The OEM head unit (non-Bose, but I hear Bose still has some of the same problems) is easily the most annoying thing about the car. At random points in driving it will simply shut off audio. I have to restart the car in order for it to work again. Only reads my burnt CD half the time (only has problems with one specific burnt CD, so it's probably the CD's fault). Doesn't have an auxiliary input (which might not be that common on other 2005 cars, but it would be nice). Has buttons that get stuck. And it doesn't read the display information correctly (or at all) on more than half of the CD's I own.
On top of that, it's not an overly good sounding stereo system. Especially not for a "luxury" car.
There are other little gripes, but I haven't even had the car a year yet, so I'll reserve judgment.

My stock Bose is starting to act up. It started when the weather got colder and there wouldn't be any audio until the interior of the car is warm which is approximately 15 - 20 minutes. Once the interior is warm out of no where the music would kick in and if the volume is high it would scare the crap out of me lol. Looks like I'm gonna have to get an after market system

On a side note, my rwd sedan is not too bad in the snow. I got a set of Michelin Pilot Alpin PA3's on it and the car has been good so far, to be honest I really underestimated it. It's also a lot of fun too

Usually that becomes a problem with that awful Bose amp. You can just switch out the amp with a cheap craigslist specimen for $40 tho. Probably the cheapest easiest way.

I agree on the exhaust, but I need loud music to drown out the front end clunk I just got! Merry Christmas to me. Hope its the steering knuckle ball joint cuz that's the next thing on my repair list. That's another thing I hate! The amount of crap front suspension parts.
