What do you hate about YOUR G35?
No memory seats, no AUX input, crappy coin holder, steering wheel controls for radio and cruise control don't light up (I have a 2003).
I don't hate this, but I really want the aluminum trim over the 'titanium-finished' crap that scratches, chips, and peels off easily.

Probably said before, but my list (in approximately this order)
Weight of car...she's a fatty. (I also wish I didn't have a sunroof - I never use it, so it just eats my headroom, adds weight at a high point in the car, and makes the interior louder).
Rattles - a car like this shouldn't have this many rattles so early!
Overly soft stock rear suspension (I have an 04. MY 05+ had 25% stiffer rears than 03-04). A coilover kit is in my future.
Brakes. I have the OEM Brembo's but I wish they put a larger rotor in there. All Brembo cars came with 18's, why didn't they fill in the wheel? 12.8" rotor is tiny - they could have easily stuffed a 14" rotor in there.
Needs a "sport" VDC mode so I can do something without the VDC cutting me off every 2 seconds, but still save me if I hit a patch of oil on the road.
Cheap painted "titanium" trim. Make it real aluminum or at least make it so it doesn't chip. I sort of solved this by wrapping my door pulls in carbon fiber.
Small trunk (made even worse by a Stillen strut bar).
iPod integration (lack there of).
All I can think of for now.

The cup holders are terrible I hate the placement of them. The ones in the center console are too far back and the one with the roll up thing is too small and putting something in there gets in the way when I'm shifting.
As the MPG i feel you on that one only cars with nav have it.
