interior rattling, ugly leather, ugly interior.

 

As far as the interior one of the things I don't like is the basket ball skinned dash.

 

Dont get all these complaints. Mines a direct *** import into Australia, dont sell em here. Must be a lucky sob cuz this 04 coupe is brilliant.
Just lousy speakers (how do i get treble down, or is that standard?).
I like the road noise, and I give leather some McGuires every few months and is like new.
One problem, need an English rhd manual that hasn't been translated from Japanese by someone in Mongolia-so much has been missed. Anyone help?

 

^ mine is a direct import from Japan as well , so far the car has been good to me, but it's only a year and a half old, so I expect things to change as it gets older

P.S. Post pics of your car I want to see if it has similar specs to ours in the GCC. Does yours have the side indicators on the fenders above the front wheels? and does yours have the JDM rear lights like ours?

I love my G, but there are a few gripes. Nothing to cry over...
1. Gas mileage
2. Break dust
3. Interior creaks

Besides that, I will drive this thing into the ground

 

Yes the interior does have some rattles to it. I had to return to the Infiniti dealer 3 times before they gave under warranty and replaced the vent left of the steering wheel. The creek coming from this area was horrible. Now it seems that both door panels have a creek coming from them. This happens without radio on, so its not speaker noise causing it. It isnt quiet as irritating as the vent creak.

 

my hates.

1. in my coupe why doesn't the god damn seats go back to the original reclined position when i let passengers into the back?
2. why is the motor to move the seat forwards and backwards so damn slow?
3. the in deck 6 cd changer sucks and over heats.
4. i'm a hockey player and trunk space sorta sucks
5. if it's raining, and i open my door the seats get doused.
6. VDC kicks in too often, i wish there were levels of it.


but i love it for the most part, and most of the things i mentioned i dont hate, just annoyances.

Mine doesnt rattle, maybe because i have an 05?
I dont really like the wood dash in mine, would rather have carbon fiber or w/e like a few people have on here.
I dont like the gas mileage, and don't like the seatbelts.

Other than that i LOVE my G.

rear deck buzz. only happens on certain songs. Unknown Caller off the latest U2 is unlistenable.

Seatbelts that don't retract when they release, just flop around and love to get closed in the door. WTF?
