This thread is hilarious! I can't get the song from the opening credits of "Harold and Kumar go to White Castle" out of my head thinking about your coasting throuigh a stop sign on fumes!

Glad to see that you're beginning to get some relief from the smell!

Heath

Or accidently not park the car in gear and let it roll into a lake so I can write it off. That's how bad the car stinks. Washed the undercarriage also.

As for attention from cops, this is how the remainder of the night went... We nearly pass out from the stench. Instantly, I close the vents and make sure the cabin is sealed. The smell is unbearable and I open the sunroof and roll down the windows. If I drive above 60, the fresh air dilutes the skunk enough for it to be semi-breathable. I'm about 45 miles from home up in the mountains. I'm practically out of gas, but I did not want to stop the car. Needed to get it to a car wash ASAP. So with the windows down and sunroof open, doing about 85mph, gas went pretty quickly and the car shut off before reaching civilization. Fortunately, I was going fast enough to coast through the next exit and get off the highway.

Didn't see any cars so I ran the stop sign after the off-ramp, trying to coast down the hill, hoping to find a gas station. A cop was right there and put on his lights after seeing me run the stop. My friend and I had our faces covered, trying to breathe through our sleeves.

Cop walks up... "How's it going tonight fella- Jeezus christ that stinks!!"
"Officer, can we please get out of the car? We can't breathe"

HAHAH, cop was cool as hell. Started laughing as we ran off to the side coughing and spitting up nasty saliva. He gave us a ride to and back from a gas station. Within a minute of us sitting in the back of the cruiser he goes, "damn, you guys stink. I should have made you walk." LOL!
LMAO! That has got to be one of the funniest things I have ever heard.

The only brightside is that I had my winter wheels on, so my bling bling wheels are safe. Been reading up and an ozone machine is the way to go for skunk smell inside the cabin. Now I need to find a detailer that is willing.
Sorry to hear, but this made me laugh my as$ off.

one suggestion- if you havent done it already,
is to change your in cabin air filter to the charcoal kind
this new kind of filter did not come on most Gs stock (i dont even know if it comes on new ones) and is an upgraded filter that can remove scents out of the air. it is nissan oem (dont have the part# on me) and might not block all of the scents, but it should do a pretty good job seperating the cabin from everything else and minimizing the scent inside

good luck
