2007 G35x - Trading in within 3 weeks...or...

9/1/18 Update: Car is gone.

2007 G35x 5AT with a clear title (on hand) in Platinum Graphite with Premium, Navigation, and Tech packages. I bought the car with 36,300 miles back in February of 2011. It has been my daily driver ever since.

Car has around 113k miles with no issues. I'm only selling because after over two years of waiting, I'm finally taking delivery of my Tesla Model 3.
I've done all maintenance myself with Mobil1 5W30 full synthetic oil and Nissan 9E01A filter every 6k miles. Engine oil consumption always has been, and still is at a steady 0.25 quart per 3k miles. Body panels are straight with no major scratches, dings, or dents, although the paint could use a fresh coat of wax.

What's been done:

Professionally refinished 17" wheels in gloss gray
R1 Concepts pads and rotors - @75% life
Michelin Pilot Sport A/S PLUS tires - @ 50% tread life
Paddle Shifters
Infiniti M center shifter
BlackVue 650 2-Channel Dashcam
Driver door keyhole delete
KP tech NAV module with auto "ok" and route entry/music search while in motion - also have a new KP auto door lock module

Audio:

My sub install is well documented in This thread
Big 3 wire upgrade (totally stealthy)
XS Power D2700 AGM battery in stock location
Dynamat on rear deck, entire trunk, and trunk lid
JL Audio 13W7 in a custom sealed box by Dave the Box Guy
JL Audio 1000/2v2 amp with center mounted bass boost ****

Areas of concern I feel I need to point out:

Front end does show a fair amount of paint chips
Interior has a bunch of scratches on door grab plastic pieces (very common issue on early 2nd gen cars) and dings on door jambs thanks to the original owner carelessly shutting the doors with the seat belt buckle still hanging out
one of the splash shields is stained with splashes of some sort of oil
Infiniti emblem fell off from the engine cover (still have)
cat shields are starting to get loose and audible ever so slightly
steering rack boots show the typical oil spots (car has no drips of any kind)
A/C compressor is nosier than some people prefer (very common issue with these cars) but I never bothered to take it in under warranty as the replacement units got just as loud with time, as experienced by many members on this forum.

Thanks for looking!

Update:

things are progressing faster than originally anticipated with my new car delivery. This means I will be putting this car back to stock as early as next week to get it ready for trade in appraisal.
I'm going away for the weekend, so if you PM me or reply here, I will likely not be able to get back on the forums until late Sunday evening.
I will be posting parts for sale separately once the car is back to stock sometime next week.
