Well I was rear ended late Friday/early Saturday. HIT-N-RUN!!!

Heres a few pics, i'm @ work at the moment and these are the only ones I have here.

Holy sh*t man! I can't imagine walking out to see my car like that. Hopefully someone saw who did it and called the cops. Good luck dealing with your insurance company.

More to the story. I was in a residential and talking to a friend while we were getting ready to turn, and a truck hit us @ least going 50+ mph. I can put money on it he was drunk, because he was at the same lil "get together" as I. My car did a 180* turn, and ended up over the curb on on someones front lawn. We hopped out and by that time the truck was way fdown the street. I backed my car up off the curb, went around the corner to my buddies house and tried to find out who drove that truck etc. Cops showed up and I told them I was in an accident around the corner, he asked "w/ Who?" I told him a red truck hit me and left. He then said "Ok..what do you want to do about it??"

Pissed me the !@$@$ Off...

 

Ask for a police report... you need that.. and take lots of photos in that area where you were hit.. in case if that cop writes up some ****ty report for yah

 

Oh yea, and what makes me more pissed off is that I just got the car in january after wrecking my S2000- Sept. of last year..







Lost traction in rain and spun out into opposing lane. Got hit by van. Jaws of life, cut artery on back of head. End of story

 

omg that s2000 got crushed. glad to hear you're okay...after both those accidents. hopefully they find the guy who hit you.

 

That night, they told me to go to the station and fill out one over the counter. I did that, faxed to my insurance today. Hopefully all goes well..

 

Sry to see that man, good luck with the repairs, and i hope they catch that bastard...

He couldn't have been doing 50+ or there wouldn't be much left of your car. Ever see the 5'th gear episodes where they crash to cars doing 30 head on? There isn't much left of the front of the car. I hit a tree doing at most 30mph and did a hell of a lot more damage than that.

Sucks, hope you can find who did it.

 

The guy that hit me was going between 45 and 50, and my G had the same amount of damage. On my G, the damage to the frame inside the trunk was where it was really apparent, the bodywork looked about the same as the pics here. I was in sad shape for weeks afterward, I wish you the best. Document everything and get a lawyer...the guy that hit me ran too.
