Guys guys.. I appreciate everyones input. Initially I thought it was accident related. Obviously NOT. Quite alright.. it's all stock. NOW... if it happens again.. I WILL revisit this issue!

Maybe you should get pissed at AEM instead. Call one of them lawyers on TV and sue them.

Why wouldn't they charge your for their time when they found out a non Infiniti part was what caused the whole problem in the first place. Put the stock back on and it'll probably solve your problem. Stop blaming others.
I'm not supporting his whining, because yes he should have posted here with his problems first, but... He did state that the intake has been on for about 26k with no problems of stalling. Why all of a sudden did it start after the accident? In addition, it took Infiniti 6+ hours to figure it out??? Come on. That infiniti stealership probably should have taken that intake off first and tested it. Maybe 2 hours at most. They most likely milked him for everything they legally could get away with. I would be irritated with Infiniti dealership also, but mostly with myself for not checking with everyone here.

Hindsight is 20/20 or in his case 20/30. I bet that he will learn to check here next time before going off to Infiniti on his own.

Yes, but there are like 10 posts before his that say its probably the intake, and he totally ignores them. Its either 1, the intake, or 2, the accident, neither of which is Infiniti's fault. I hate people that whine about dealerships when they mod their car and then something goes wrong.
