which mods
There is not a whole lot to do after those 2 that you have already. You might want to look into a set of grounding wires and a valve body upgrade as well for the transmission to get faster shifts. The valve body wouldnt be a bolt on though.
Also, there are Unorthodox racing pulleys, they are light weight versions of our pulleys. They are also underdrive pulleys so they will underdrive your ac and i believe power stearing a little bit, but nothing to worry about unless you use your A/C more than 80% of the time. They are said to add around 1-2 hp for every pound off the crank, but its a big debate over if they really do or not. Some say they feel it while others say its a waste.
There are oil pan spacers as well, you will be able to add 1 more quart of oil. So i guess it will help in the long run and help your engine live a little bit longer.
One more thing is the brakes. If you get a set of aftermarket rotors from stoptech or rotora you might be able to save a few pounds of unsprung weight which will help some. Its less weight the car has to turn over, doubt it will be any faster, but who knows. If you get the rotors and nice brake pads you might have a little bit more stopping power as well.

He did say with out touching the exhaust. So im guessing that means headers, cats/ pipes anything that has to do with the exhaust. Nitrous is a bolt on your right, but its not a basic easy bolt on...he could blow his motor possibly if it isnt done right and tuned or whatnot...nitrous is a pain in the *** with our sh*t internals. Spark plugs and grounding wires are all going to be in your head. You piad for something that is "supposed to be better" so your going to think it and believe your car is faster. We put grounding wires on and tested it at the track and it made no difference. Spark plugs will make a difference once your stock ones are shot, but if the stock ones are fine i would say leave them alone its not going to make a HP difference.

however u may feel is obviously different to how i KNOW how my g felt...and did i say it was faster?? i would say ur almost 100% is worthless to me

Yes, i believe there was one for the non-rev up motor, but basicly its taking the place of the 5/16th spacer. So since he already has the spacer there would be no point for it since it does the same thing. So its one or the other either the mrev or the spacer shich ever one you want.

My plan is to do some of those basic engine mods (MREV2/spacer, intake, etc.) and then focus on appearance and creature comfort mods after that. I just can't see the point of spending the enormous amount of $$$ required to make any substantial gains on this car. Enjoy it for what it is, or just upgrade to something faster. My $.02
