I just got a call from the dealer... they said they can't change the clutch. His exact words were "we can't just keep throwing parts in there". All they changed is the tranny, which is the more expensive part, they should have changed the clutch also. They told me that there is nothing they can do at this point. Does anyone know how to get a hold on Infiniti North America, 800 #?

If they replace the tranny...wouldn't the same problem surface after a certain time? are the new trannys being put in better?

you would think so... I personally think its a problem with the throw out barring.
Now I just have to make them think it is too and have them replace it.

4750 miles no problem with tranny or clutch. one question though. Is it normal to hear little snap, crackle, pop noises for a few minutes once i turn the car off after a good deal of driving.

Please advise?
