im going to use this opportunity to clarify another thing in the classifieds. "lowballing" is NOT when a potential buyer offers an unreasonably low price. It is when a deal is already worked out and the seller uses excuses to jack the price even more.
example: seller and buyer agree on $1k shipped for exhaust, seller makes up excuse and tells buyer that shipping rates have gone up for his carrier, price ends up being $1.1k
