Odometer pin at OBDII

Does anyone know what pin reads the odometer at the OBDII diagnostic plug under the dash? I want to run an external tac but don't want to open up the cluster. Any other way of tapping into the odom. reading? Thanks.

What does running an external tac have to do with reading odometer?
