Automatic > Manual

automatic is faster then manual.. WHY??? Because 80% of population dont know how to use manual right...

Manual is faster then automatic if s person knows what he is doing, but from reading and watching videos, 80% ppl dont use the manual right and lose races.... just get automatic

ok

i bought a 6mt because i want to feel more connected to the car. it's more fun to drive a 6mt than to put ur foot on the gas and go. maybe more practical for some, but i would rather drive a 6mt. sure i suck at it since it's my first manual car, but after i enroll myself in performance driving school, it'll get better. and please, dont open this up again.

MT is slightly faster than AT, I don't see how that goes into the decision making of most drivers. If someone drives in rush hour traffic daily, then maybe AT would be their choice. If the G was just a fun toy, then MT would likely be the choice. The AT vs. MT debate in my opinion is stupid. Everyone gets what they want for one reason or another, most likely they think the upsides to their choice outweigh the downsides. If you have what you want, don't stress about what someone else chooses.

+1, I don't know y people keep bringing these types of threads atleast once every month. Its been discussed before and everyone buys whatever the *** they prefer. The only amazing thing is that i have yet to see someone trading their 6MT in for 5AT, its usually opposite.

Let me guess... You get an Automatic because you werent brave enough to learn MT?

Sometimes it's good not to speak your mind .

Pointless thread.

this topic has been beat to death, and at the same time he asnwered his own question.

I don't see what you are trying to say.
