lower the pressure in the rears to 31 lbs... put some weight in the rear [50-70lbs]..
ud be suprised how much a little weight makes.... drive carefully

I have a two 100lb gym plates in my trunk. It makes a huge difference in the winter

Extra weight in the back of a pickup truck with a 70/30 weight distribution might make a small difference in traction, but these cars already very well balanced. The only thing that can make a "huge" difference is tire choice and driving method.

Even if it did help your standing start traction, it just means that have an extra 200 lbs. of moving mass that you now have to stop and turn.

How much difference can 30 lbs. per wheel really make when you're already at ~825 lbs. per rear wheel now? It won't hurt, but it won't help, either.
Definitely agree with the sensible driving suggestion, combined with winter tires all around - best bet for going, turning and (the always useful) stopping.
