Keep it at what Infiniti recommends, probably around 35PSI when cold. Ask someone with stock 19s and see what the recommended psi is, and follow that.

shouldn't it say on the tire, or with the tires what the appropriate psi is? That's what I have found in the past at least. 35 psi is standard for road going, and 40 is pretty much standard for auto-X and track events.

it usually only displays the max pressure. just use the automobiles recommendation. the psi is usually in accordance with the amount of load the tire takes under that spot of the car. just use the numbers listed inside your door on the car.

i run 40psi on my low profiles b/c the tires absorb the bump so it doesn't bend the rim as much. just watchout for potholes b/c you should anyways

The best way to determine what pressure is right is to do the chalk test, or do the same thing with some water instead of chalk.

The tire pressure recommendations on your door only apply to OEM tires. If you get something with a stiffer or softer sidewall or more ply's on the tire, the best pressure to run is likely to be different than what the OEM specs on your door jamb sticker say.
