MY TIRE specs are
245/35/19
275/35/19
its cold here in new york, what should i keep my tire pressure at in the winter and in the summer
im running at 40 psi in my tires now, regular air not nitro

Keep it at what Infiniti recommends, probably around 35PSI when cold. Ask someone with stock 19s and see what the recommended psi is, and follow that.

i run 40psi on my low profiles b/c the tires absorb the bump so it doesn't bend the rim as much. just watchout for potholes b/c you should anyways

The best way to determine what pressure is right is to do the chalk test, or do the same thing with some water instead of chalk.
The tire pressure recommendations on your door only apply to OEM tires. If you get something with a stiffer or softer sidewall or more ply's on the tire, the best pressure to run is likely to be different than what the OEM specs on your door jamb sticker say.
