Sweet ride.

Stickers, though there's alot are tastefully done and even better if they're paying to put them on.

Getting sponsored is all about what you can do for your sponsors. They want national exposure. Magazine ads, SEMA, CES etc... I'm a Product Manager for a major car audio and accessory company. We are releasing a new higher-end audio line (REALM) so we are looking to get as much exposure on the car as possible. This benefits not only us but our project partners. My car was at SEMA, CES and it will be featured in a few different magazines. Also I've built several Demo cars for Pioneer, Eclipse, Boston Acoustics, Crossfire etc.. that have all received magazine coverage. At this point I have the contacts, experience and or reputation do get good sponsor participation.
For those that are trying to get sposored, the first thing you will need is a proposal that outlines what you are planning to do with the car, lists current sponsors, outlines your past projects (if any) and references.
Be professional and realistic about your chances. Empty promises burn bridges and that is NOT a good thing.

Good luck to you.

Chris
