Pioneer Z1

Hi, I own a 2003 coupe and I have the DD finisher and the A/C controlls. I was wondering if i need to buy the bracket to make a Z1 sit flush or can I just use the existing one.

I have read where numerous people have not had to use it. find someone that had one and ask them... or continue to wait.

I would like to know for sure also
