Whats my G worth, your opinion?

I own an black 04' G35 Coupe, automatic, fully loaded, navigation, aero package, every possible option in the book. I have 37,000 miles on it now I'm gonna trade it in when the 08' coupe comes out and I want to know what I can expect for a trade in value. I looked it up in Kelly Blue Book, but I wanted your opinions from people who have maybe traded in similar G's. I owe about $15K on it, I'm trying to figure out what I could expect to be able to toward the new coupe. Thanks for any helpful replies.

Without even looking at KBB, I would expect $22K would be a tad on the high side. The advantage that you have is that it's being traded to an Infiniti Dealer, so that you should demand that they at least give you KBB good condition for your car.

If you sell private party, I'd say you get $24K-26K. Expect a few thousand less if you are trading it in. Just look for what similar cars are going for on cars.com and autotrader.com from private sellers and subtract a few thousand (quite a few too)

Look at this thread, read post 17 and 18, eventhough its couple of months old but you could get a rough idea as how much your car is worth...

nah trade you may get 19. I took mine in to see on a trade about 8-9 months ago. Basically same thing you have only 6MT and they said they would give me 21.

I'm gonna say 22k becaue you'll be selling 6 months farther down the road.

Ouch, looks like limeg35 and casetey have facts to back it up. That's even lower than I thought.

Bad time to try to sell the G though (winter) I guess. Wait until before summer. The previous owner of mine had 4 phone calls within 3 hours of putting the car up on autotrader.com
