Thanks for your insight. You are correct in that the software we are currently running does not lend itself to the standard Admin and Mod duties like vBulletin. I have discussed this with Kyle before and he tries to keep G35Driver simple, informative, easy to navigate and inexpensive. Please remember that most of the monies to run this site comes out of Kyle and Yuichi's pockets.

Now that I frequent my son Andrew's forum, I love some of the things they have on vBulletin and some I am still getting used to. On there as you know they require a lot of Moderation[img]/w3timages/icons/smile.gif[/img] for different reasons and have, as you pointed out a few Technical Boards sponsored and Moderated by knowledgeable shop owners. There seems to be more cursing, bashing and the like going on over there, but I have grown to Love and Understand them, they have been so Supportive of my loss of Andrew and have done so much more than anyone knows.[img]/w3timages/icons/cool.gif[/img]
Ours is a simple site right now and hope to grow to membership numbers and users like SRTForums.com.
I ask that you continue to share your knowledge on the "G" as we grow and change in our little community. Kyle is looking into another changeover in server and possibly software pretty soon, so you can see we are not against changing with the times.

Hi. Happy Holidays to all...moderators or not....sorry, I just had to add that as I am not yet on strike...lol. I have met Yuichi and Kyle at the shop and they both appeared to be professional and competent people to me. I look forward to doing more business with them in the future.
